For this card, I used a mask and sponged on Bashful Blue (SU) ink in the mask's window to create the blue square for the sky. The sentiment, clouds, and balloons are from a PTI stamp set Up, Up and Away. I paper pieced the balloons and popped them up using 3D foam tape. It took a little time, but I like how it came together.
