Okay, really digging the whole pennant banner/washi tape look, so bear with me! Here's a great card idea to use up scrap paper--add some washi tape, a few cute clips (these are the word bubbles from SU's hung up collection), and then a stamped sentiment (these are wood-mounted sentiments from a Michael's dollar bin) in slate ink (CTMH)--and you've got some instant trendy "happy mail."
